HOUSE RULES
• Strictly NO SMOKING on the Premises: This is a smoke-free home. No smoking inside and anywhere on the premise of the property. Violations may result in a $500 fee per occurrence and potential eviction.
• NO PARTIES & EVENTS: Strictly no parties or events are allowed. Violation of these rule may result in additional charges and potential eviction form the property.
• No Guests of Guests: Only registered guests are allowed. NO OVEROCCUPANCY

✔ Quiet Hours: Respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
