Home Layout & Tour Please Note: This is a 4-story home and does not have an elevator. Level 1: Cozy & Connected This floor features two comfortable Queen bedrooms connected by a shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Bedroom 2 includes a dresser and a 55-inch TV for relaxing evenings. Level 2: Gather & Dine The open-concept entertainment level boasts 11-foot ceilings. The living room features designer sofas, a 75-inch Smart TV, and a fireplace. The chef’s kitchen includes a walk-in pantry stocked with essentials and complimentary wine. This level also features a convenient powder room, a dedicated office nook, and an outdoor terrace. Level 3: Rest & Recharge This quiet floor includes Bedroom 3 (featuring both a Queen and a Full bed, plus an en-suite bath with a deep soaker tub) and the grand Master Suite (King bed, 55-inch TV, large walk-in closet, spa bath, and a private terrace). Level 4: The Rooftop Lounge Ascend to your private rooftop retreat to enjoy comfortable lounge seating, glowing string lights, a gas BBQ, and partial glimpses of the city skyline. Premium Amenities Cooling & Heating: Central AC, central heating, ceiling fans, and room-darkening shades. Family Friendly: Crib, Pack ’n Play, and high chair available upon request. Safety First: Exterior cameras at entry and garage, smoke and CO alarms, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Bath & Laundry: Free in-unit washer and dryer, towels, linens, extra pillows, iron, hair dryer, and premium toiletries. Parking & Access Parking: Free driveway parking for 1 vehicle, plus free street parking. (Please note: The garage is not accessible to guests). Check-In: 24/7 keypad self check-in via smart lock. Access: Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, private backyard, patios, and balconies (excluding the garage). Luggage: Luggage drop-off allowed (subject to availability). Requirements & House Rules Security Deposit: A $500 hold is required, released 2 days after checkout provided there are no damages. Adjusted Hours: Early check-in and late check-out are available at $100 USD per hour (until noon, subject to availability). Pet Policy: Up to 2 dogs are permitted with a $250 fee per dog. Assistance animals are always allowed. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture. Strictly Prohibited: No smoking ($300 violation fee), no parties, and no unregistered guests.
