Home Layout & Tour Please Note: This is a 4-story home and does not have an elevator. Level 1: Cozy & Connected A welcoming entry closet leads to two private Queen bedrooms. Bedroom 2 features a 55-inch TV. Both rooms are connected by a convenient, shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Level 2: Gather & Dine The entertainment level boasts airy 11-foot ceilings. Relax in the living room by the fireplace and 75-inch Smart TV, or enjoy the record player and games. The chef’s kitchen features a walk-in pantry, island seating for four, and dining for eight. A powder room, dedicated office space, and an outdoor terrace complete this level. Level 3: Rest & Wellness This quiet floor includes Bedroom 3 (Queen bed, en-suite bath with a deep soaker tub) and the grand Master Suite (King bed, TV, massive walk-in closet, and spa bath). The master suite opens to a private terrace featuring a mini-gym and yoga equipment. A laundry room with storage is also conveniently located here. Level 4: The Rooftop Lounge Ascend to your private rooftop terrace to enjoy comfortable lounge seating, shaded dining under the umbrella, glowing string lights, a gas BBQ, and glimpses of the city skyline. Premium Amenities Cooling & Heating: Central AC, central heating, ceiling fans, and room-darkening shades. Family Friendly: Crib, Pack ’n Play, and high chair available upon request. Safety First: Exterior cameras at entry and garage, smoke and CO alarms, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. Luggage: Luggage drop-off allowed (subject to availability). Requirements & House Rules Security Deposit: A $500 hold is required, released 2 days after departure provided there are no damages. Adjusted Hours: Early check-in and late check-out available at $50 USD per hour (until noon, subject to availability). Strictly Prohibited: No smoking anywhere on the premises ($300 violation fee and potential eviction), no pets, no parties, and no unregistered guests. Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
