Relax in the designer living room by the fireplace and 75” Smart TV. The chef-inspired kitchen boasts a spacious island, a dining table for eight, and a walk-in pantry. Step onto the outdoor terrace for fresh air, and utilize the chic powder room and dedicated office space on this level. Level 3: Rest & Wellness This floor is your personal haven. It features a quiet queen bedroom with an ensuite bath, plus the grand master suite (king bed, spa bathroom, large closet, private balcony). You'll also find a mini-gym/yoga corner and a convenient laundry room here. Level 4: The Crown Jewel Ascend to your private rooftop lounge. Long-Term Stays: We gladly accept corporate and long-term bookings (28+ days) at a discounted rate! Requirements & House Rules To ensure a safe and 5-star experience for everyone, please review the following before booking: Verification: We partner with Know Your Guest (TRUVI). You will be asked to complete a brief ID verification process prior to your stay. Rental Agreement: Must be signed within 24 hours of booking. Security Deposit: A $500 hold is placed 2 days before arrival and released 2 days after departure, provided there is no damage. Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please respect the neighbors. Strictly Prohibited: No smoking indoors or in the garage ($300 violation fee), no pets, no parties, and no unregistered guests. Cancellations: Please refer to the listing's policy.
