Premium Comfort: 8 total bedrooms, multiple private balconies, massive walk-in closets, and professionally cleaned spaces. Home Layout & Tour Please Note: These are two 4-story homes and do not have elevators. You will have exclusive access to two identical homes. Each individual home features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen, an open-concept living room, a workspace, a laundry room, and a private rooftop. Combined Bedroom Configuration: Level 1 (Both Homes): 4 Queen bedrooms total. (Each home features 2 Queen bedrooms connected by a shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom). Level 3 (Both Homes): 2 Queen bedrooms total and 2 King Master Suites total. (Each home features 1 Queen bedroom with an en-suite bath, and 1 King master suite with a spa-style en-suite). Extras: Air mattresses are available upon request to accommodate up to 20 guests (please notify us prior to arrival). Living & Dining (Levels 2): Both homes feature bright, open layouts with soaring ceilings and abundant natural light. Relax on designer sofas, stream movies on large Smart TVs, or gather around the two massive kitchen islands for drinks. With two full kitchens, cooking for large groups is easy and fun! The Rooftops (Levels 4): Head upstairs to your two private rooftop terraces! Each is complete with lounge seating, a BBQ grill, mood lighting, outdoor dining space, and beautiful skyline views. Parking & Access Parking: 2 garage parking spaces included, plus free street parking available. Check-In: 24/7 keypad self check-in (Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM). Access: Guests have exclusive access to both properties during their stay, including all interior spaces and private outdoor patios. Requirements & House Rules Security Deposit: An $800 hold is required to access the property. This hold is placed 2 days before arrival and released 2 days after departure provided there are no damages. Verification: We partner with Know Your Guest (TRUVI). You will be asked to complete a brief ID verification process prior to your stay. Rental Agreement: Must be signed within 24 hours of booking. Adjusted Hours: Early check-in and late check-out are available at $50 USD per hour (subject to availability). Strictly Prohibited: No smoking indoors or anywhere on the premises ($500 violation fee and potential eviction). No pets. No parties, events, or unregistered guests (no over-occupancy). Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please respect the neighbors and follow community rules. Cancellations: Please refer to the listing's policy.
